Coaches/runners - For a fair competition and the ability to verify (if needed) whether a runner visited a control or not, all control boxes will NOT be in Beacon Mode. In other words, EVERYONE MUST "PUNCH" AT EACH CONTROL, regardless of the type of e-stick being used. Any e-stick, including SIAC (air cards) may be used in the competition, however, ALL will need to "punch" when visiting each control. The SIAC recording in the "vicinity" of the control box option, will not be enabled. This requirement will also be included in the runner brief and meet notes.
